Utilization Management Questions and Concerns

If you have questions or concerns regarding Utilization Management (UM) during normal business hours (8:30am – 5:30pm), please contact a UM Team Member to assist you at 1-800-700-6646 (collect calls are accepted). For hearing impaired services – TTY 711. Utilization Management (UM) Guidelines

Riverside Medical Clinic Patient Services, LLC utilizes the Care Guidelines to determine medical necessity for the plans that we manage. The Guidelines are the protected intellectual property of MCG. Riverside Medical Clinic Patient Services, LLC is not able to distribute them without the permission of MCG. MCG has provided a tool that allows Riverside Medical Clinic Patient Services, LLC members and prospective members to view relevant MCG guidelines, however you will not be able to print them.
