The California Dept. of Public Health along with the Center for Disease Control require masks to be worn in ALL health care facilities. COVID is a respiratory virus; as such all staff, patients and visitors must adhere to this directive at all Riverside Medical Clinic locations. ANYONE who refuses to comply will be asked to leave the facility. Many patients treated at clinics such as RMC have health issues that put them at a higher risk. This mask policy is designed to protect all our patients.

Adult Neurosurgery Medical Services are available at the following Riverside Medical Clinic locations:

Adult Neurosurgery

Adult neurosurgery is the diagnostic, operative and postoperative surgical care of patients with neurologic disorders amenable to surgical intervention. These may include developmental, inflammatory, neoplastic or traumatic conditions.

The diagnosis and treatment of brain abnormalities including brain tumors (acoustic neuroma, pituitary tumor, meningioma, glioma); blood vessel abnormalities (AVM, aneurysm); and spinal problems (Cervical and Lumbar spine disc disease) are problems that are routinely encountered and treated. Our providers see patients with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus, treat Tumor patients with Radiosurgery (Cyberknife), and perform Carpal tunnel and Ulnar nerve surgeries.

Additionally, some providers have subspecialized training in pediatric neurosurgery.  This includes the treatment of patients from the fetus through the teen years. Pediatric neurosurgical problems often are present for life.

Needing to see a provider that is an Adult Neurosurgery specialist can be a scary and overwhelming time in your life. We take pride in knowing our providers will be there each and every step of the way. Neurosurgical problems are best treated by a competent, caring, compassionate physician, rest assured that is what you will receive.
